The HEAT MVMNT app has a bug—what should I do?

Are the stores linked by HEAT MVMNT reputable?

Yes, all the stores we partner with have been carefully vetted by our team.

Why can’t I find a shoe in the HEAT MVMNT app anymore?

There are several reasons for this:

1. The shoe is sold out and no longer available.

2. The shoe was a rumor that turned out not to be coming out after all.

3. The shoe’s release date has changed or has been reset to “unconfirmed”

How long has the HEAT MVMNT app been around?

The HEAT MVMNT app has been on the market since 2019 and now has more than 3.5 million users in 8 countries.

The HEAT MVMNT app isn’t showing my favorites—what should I do?

What else can the HEAT MVMNT app do?

We also offer a news feed with all the information on sneaker releases, restocks, and surprise drops. In addition to the sneaker release calendar, the app also features a streetwear release calendar. Plus, we offer an “Outfit” category where you can pick out an outfit to go with your favorite shoes.

Should I enable push notifications?

With the push notification feature, we give you faster access to restocks, releases, shock drops, and surprise drops, so you never miss a thing and—hopefully—can buy your next pair of sneakers at retail price.

What does the HEAT MVMNT app specialize in?

Our app focuses on providing users with the latest information on sneaker releases and restocks. With the release calendar, the app helps users keep track of upcoming releases.

Can I also find deals and discounts on sneakers in the HEAT MVMNT app?

From time to time, we may also send out the occasional offer, but at HEAT MVMNT, the main focus is on newly released sneakers. Our second app, DEALTIME, however, is primarily about offers and deals.

How do I save sneakers to my favorites in the HEAT MVMNT app?

In every shoe post, you’ll find a star icon. Tap this icon to save it. To view your favorites, click the star icon in the top right corner.

How do I enable push notifications in the HEAT MVMNT app?

When you launch the app for the first time, you can confirm that you’d like us to send you push notifications. If you’ve already declined this but now want to enable it, go to the notification settings on your phone, tap the HEAT MVMNT app, then go to Notifications and turn them on.

How do I filter the sneaker release calendar in the HEAT MVMNT app?

In the red bar at the top, you’ll find a button with a small gear icon. Click on it, select the models you’d like to see, and tap “Apply.” You should now see all the sneakers sorted in the release calendar.

What does “Rumors” mean in the HEAT MVMNT app?

Rumors are sneakers that haven’t been confirmed yet and may or may not hit the market.

How can you change the view of the release calendar in the HEAT MVMNT app?

Tap the Release Calendar tab in the app; you’ll now see a red button in the bottom right corner. Tap the button to switch between Info View and Tile View.

How do I set a reminder for any sneaker?

When you’re viewing a sneaker post, you’ll see a stopwatch icon in the bottom bar. Click on this icon. A window will open where you can set when you’d like to receive a notification.

Does the HEAT MVMNT app have a dark mode?

Yes, it does. To do this, click the star icon in the News tab. A window will pop up. You’ll now see a moon icon in the bottom bar next to the Settings. Click this icon, and the app will activate Dark Mode. Clicking it again will switch the app back to Light Mode.

Does the HEAT MVMNT app also have a section dedicated exclusively to women’s items?

In the dashboard, under “Your Newsfeed,” you’ll find a category called “Women.” Tap on it to go to the women’s section.
